Instructions
- Mix fresh raw pork, boiled pork skin, garlic, salt, cooked rice.
- Bind extremely tightly in banana leaves/plastic to exclude air.
- Ferment at room temp.

[Difference] Almost identical to Vietnam's Naem Chua, but Thai Naem is also heavily used cooked as an ingredient in fried rice or omelets.
