A traditional Newari snack from the Kathmandu Valley. Rice flour batter spread thin and round on a griddle like a crepe, topped with minced chicken, egg, onion, coriander, etc. Looking exactly like pizza, it's hugely popular among foreign tourists as 'Newari Pizza'.
