Wai Wai Sadeko

The ultimate junk salad! Crushed instant ramen

Spice 5 Cooking difficulty: LowHalal Friendly
Salad Snack

Description

An ultimate B-grade junk snack made by taking Nepal's national instant noodle 'Wai Wai', NOT boiling it, but 'smashing it to pieces right in the bag', and tossing (Sadeko) with raw onion, tomato, green chilies, spices, and lemon juice. The spicy-sour taste of youth that Nepali teens invariably make during picnics or trekking.
