Instructions
- Mix Maida flour with yogurt, sugar, salt, oil, and baking powder; knead and ferment warm for ~

- Divide dough, roll into a slightly thick 15cm circle, scatter black sesame or cilantro on top, and press lightly.
- Bake fluffily on a heated skillet until browned on both sides, brush with butter to finish.
