Instructions
- Wash Basmati rice gently and soak for

- Boil plenty of water in a pot, add salt, a little oil (or Ghee), and rice; boil until the core is cooked.
- Drain firmly in a strainer, return to pot, cover, and steam for a few mins to finish flaky.
