Instructions
- Heat Ghee in a pot, fry cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves on low until fragrant (Tempering).
- Add sliced onions and fry until translucent, add soaked Basmati rice and green peas, stir-fry lightly.
- Pour water and salt, cover, cook on low until moisture is gone, and steam for
- mins to finish.
