  • Garlic ginger paste
  • Garam masala
  • Paprika powder
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thigh (or breast) bite-sized, rub with lemon juice and salt.
  2. Marinate for hours in a liquid of yogurt, garlic-ginger paste, garam masala, paprika powder.
  3. Skewer on metal (or bamboo) skewers, bake in oven/grill until surface is fragrantly charred, brush with melted butter to finish.
