- Cube Paneer, dust thinly with potato starch (or cornstarch), fry briefly until surface is golden.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry minced garlic, ginger, green chilies; add and fry cubed onions and green peppers (paprika).
- Season with soy, sweet chili sauce, a little vinegar, toss in fried Paneer. Coat with sauce vigorously on high, scatter scallions at the end to finish.
