  • Tomato

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast (or thigh), onions, green peppers, tomatoes all into 'julienne' of the same thickness.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, temper cumin seeds, add garlic ginger paste and chicken, fry until surface color changes.
  3. Add onions, green peppers, tomato puree, turmeric, coriander, chili powder; stir-fry on medium-high leaving veg crispness until sauce coats everything gooey-ly to finish.
