Instructions
- Parboil spinach briefly, shock in cold water to fix color, process in a mixer to a smooth green paste.
- Heat oil in a pot, fry cumin seeds, onions, garlic-ginger; add bite-sized chicken, tomatoes, turmeric, garam masala to cook the chicken.
- Add spinach paste and a little heavy cream, simmer briefly for a few mins so the vibrant green doesn't fade to finish.
