Instructions
- Cube Paneer (Indian cheese) large, bare-fry surface briefly in a pan so it doesn't crumble.
- Heat massive butter in a pot, add tomato puree, cashew paste, garam masala, a little sugar; simmer slowly until sauce turns red and oil floats.
- Add fried Paneer and heavy cream, simmer on low for a few mins so sauce firmly coats Paneer, scatter Kasuri Methi at the end to finish.
