Instructions
- Mix Paneer and mashed potatoes, season with salt and coriander, form ping-pong sized balls (Kofta), and fry golden in oil.
- Heat butter in a pot, fry onion paste and spices, add cashew paste, tomato puree, heavy cream to make a rich sauce.
- Plate the fried Koftas, pour plenty of hot cream sauce over them to finish (*Beware: simmering in the pot crumbles the dumplings).
