- Cumin seeds
- Coriander powder
- Garam masala
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot, slow-fry cumin seeds and half the minced onions until caramelized; make masala base with tomato puree, garlic-ginger, spices (coriander, turmeric).
- Add cubed Paneer to coat with spices, add a little water and simmer briefly.
- Right before finishing, toss in the other half 'large cubed onions' and garam masala, stir-fry leaving onion crispness to finish.
