Instructions
- Blend some cashew nuts with water to a smooth paste. Bare-fry remaining cashew nuts in a pan until fragrant.

- Add nut paste and heavy cream to make a rich sauce, toss in fried cashews and boiled green peas, simmer briefly to finish.
