Instructions
- Cut cauliflower, carrots, green peppers, onions, tomatoes all into 'julienne' of the same thickness. Parboil hard veg lightly.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry cumin seeds, add garlic-ginger paste and veg, stir-fry briefly on high.
- Add tomato puree, turmeric, coriander, chili powder; stir-fry on medium-high leaving veg crispness until sauce coats everything gooey-ly to finish.
