Instructions
- Prepare minced chicken and bite-sized chicken thighs. Lightly marinate thighs with spices.
- Heat oil and Ghee in a pot, fry whole spices and minced onions until caramelized, add garlic-ginger and tomato puree to make a rich base.
- Add minced chicken and fry with spices (Keema base), toss in cubed chicken thighs. Add a little water, simmer until meat cooks, sprinkle garam masala at the end.
