Instructions
- Wash sheep trotter (Paya) surfaces carefully, parboil once in hot water and discard liquid to erase unique odor.
- Heat oil in a pot, fry onions, garlic-ginger paste, whole spices (cloves, cardamom etc.), add tomatoes and turmeric.
- Put prepped sheep trotters in pot, pour massive water. Simmer on low for 4-
- hours (or
- hour in pressure cooker) until meat gelatin completely melts into soup and cartilage slips off bones.
