Instructions
- Finely dice cucumber, tomato, red onion (soak in water if heat is a concern), green chilies to all 5mm-1cm squares.
- Put cut veg in a bowl, add plenty of fresh lemon juice, salt, roasted cumin powder, Chaat Masala (sour mixed spice), mix well.
- Finally scatter finely chopped fresh cilantro (or mint), chill slightly in fridge to meld flavors to finish.
