- Plain yogurt
- Fresh mint
- Cilantro
- Roasted cumin powder
- Black salt(or Salt)
Instructions
- Finely chop fresh mint leaves and cilantro (or blend with a little water in a mixer to a paste).
- Put unsweetened plain yogurt in a bowl, stir well until smooth.
- Add mint paste, roasted cumin powder, salt (preferably Kala Namak: black salt) to yogurt, mix well, chill in fridge to meld flavors to finish.
