Instructions
- Finely mince (or thinly slice) red onions (or regular onions), briefly soak in water if too pungent and drain firmly.
- Put unsweetened plain yogurt in a bowl, mix until smooth.
- Add onions, roasted cumin powder, salt (black salt), finely chopped green chilies and cilantro to yogurt, mix, chill in fridge to finish.
