Instructions
- Wash yellow peeled Moong Dal (mung beans) well with water, soak ~
- mins.
- Put water, Moong Dal, turmeric, salt, sliced ginger in a pot; simmer 30-
- mins until beans completely crumble into a smooth potage.
- Heat Ghee in a small pan, fragrantly fry cumin seeds (Tempering). Vigorously pour this hot spice oil over the boiled bean soup, mix to finish.
