Instructions

  1. Halve pomegranate, tap the skin with a spoon to cleanly extract the red seeds (Anar) inside.
  2. Put plain yogurt in a bowl, whisk until smooth, adjust taste with roasted cumin powder, Chaat Masala, black salt.
  3. Mix pomegranate seeds into yogurt (reserve some for garnish), chill in fridge, scatter remaining seeds and mint leaves before serving.
