  1. Mix boiled mashed potatoes with chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, cumin powder, Chaat Masala, salt; knead well.
  2. Take ping-pong sized dough, shape into a flat disc (Tikki), dust surface with a little rice flour (or cornstarch).
  3. Heat generous oil on a griddle (or pan), shallow-fry fragrantly until both sides are golden and crispy to finish.
