  • Wheat flour
  • Yogurt
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Garam masala
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Simmer chickpeas in a spice and onion-tomato base until gooey to make rich chickpea curry (Chole).
  2. Roll dough of Maida (refined flour) fermented with yogurt, bake fluffily on both sides on a griddle to make Kulcha (bread).
  3. Plate Chole, garnish with chopped raw onions and green chilies, butter hot Kulcha to serve as a set.
