Instructions
- Boil potatoes, cauliflower, green peas, tomatoes until soft, mash completely into a gooey paste with a masher.
- Heat massive butter on a giant griddle (or pan), fry onions and veg paste, mix and simmer with cumin, coriander, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, red chilies, turmeric, fennel.
- Halve soft round bread (Pav), butter generously, bake fragrantly on the griddle, serve with the curry to finish.
