- Yogurt
- Sugar
- Oil
- Tamarind

Instructions
- Puree Urad Dal soaked overnight into a smooth paste, whip air into it, fry in oil as fluffy dumplings (Vada).
- Soak fried Vada in lukewarm water to remove oil, squeeze lightly between hands to make it a sponge absorbing yogurt.
- Plate Vada, pour sweetened yogurt generously, sprinkle tamarind, mint, cumin, chili powder, Chaat Masala, black salt; chill in fridge.
