Ingredients

  • Moong Dal(Mung beans)
  • Daikon radish
  • Cilantro
  • Green chilies
  • Lemon
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Chili powder
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Puree Moong Dal soaked overnight in a mixer, whip air into it, fry in oil as bite-sized fluffy dumplings.
  2. Julienne daikon (or grate coarsely), mix with cilantro.
  3. Arrange freshly fried bean dumplings on a plate, heap daikon on top, pour plenty of mint chutney made with green chilies, lemon, cumin, coriander, chili powder, salt to finish.
