  • Moong Dal(Mung beans)
  • Onion
  • Green chilies
  • Cilantro
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin powder
  • Chili powder
  • Ajwain
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Puree Moong Dal (mung beans) soaked overnight in a mixer, adding a little water to make a smooth thick paste (dough).
  2. Add minced onions, green chilies, cilantro, turmeric, cumin powder, chili powder, ajwain, salt into the dough and mix well.
  3. Oil a heated griddle, pour dough with a ladle spreading it into a thin circle, bake until both sides are crispy and fragrant to finish.
