Instructions
- Wash Indica rice (like Sona Masuri or Ponni) gently a few times with water, soak ~
- mins.
- Boil plenty of water in a pot, add salt and rice, boil until grains elongate vertically and core cooks (boiling/draining method).
- Drain firmly in a strainer, return to pot, cover, steam for a few mins to finish flaky.
