Instructions
- Coarsely mash boiled potatoes. Heat oil in a pan, temper mustard seeds, fry onions, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric, cumin; mix with potatoes to make 'Potato Masala'.
- Bake the same fermented batter as Plain Dosa thin and crispy on a griddle.
- Place plenty of Potato Masala in the center of the baked Dosa, fold in half or roll into a cylinder to finish.
