- Coconut fine(or raw coconut)
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
Instructions
- Puree rice soaked overnight in a mixer with a little freshly grated coconut and water to make a very watery smooth batter (Neer).
- Lightly oil a heated griddle, pour the watery batter thinly as if splashing it onto the pan.
- Cover, steam-bake only one side on low, fold into quarters while white and fluffy before it browns to finish.
