Instructions

- Dust marinated chicken with a little rice flour and cornstarch, fry fragrantly in 180°C oil until surface is crispy.
- Heat oil in another pan, fry green chilies, garlic, curry leaves, toss fried chicken briefly to cloak in spice aroma to finish.
