Ingredients

  • Cabbage
  • Moong Dal(Mung beans)
  • Coconut fine
  • Cumin
  • Mustard seeds
  • Red chilies
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric
  • Salt
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Put veg like cabbage/daikon, Moong Dal (mung beans), turmeric, salt in a pot, simmer with a little water until soft.
  2. Puree coconut fine, cumin, red chilies in a mixer to a paste, add to the pot and simmer further.
  3. Heat coconut oil in a small pan, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves, vigorously pour over the boiled pot to finish.
