Ingredients

  • Cucumber(or Tomato)
  • Plain yogurt
  • Coconut fine
  • Mustard seeds
  • Green chilies
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop cucumber (or tomatoes, pineapple etc.).
  2. Blend coconut fine, mustard seeds, green chilies, a little water in a mixer to make a smooth spice paste.
  3. Put plain yogurt, chopped veg, spice paste, salt in a bowl and mix. Finally, heat coconut oil in a small pan, temper mustard seeds and curry leaves, and pour vigorously over the yogurt to finish.
