Instructions
- Cut mushrooms vertically in half (or quarters). Coarsely crush massive black pepper and fennel in a mortar.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan, slow-fry curry leaves, minced onions, garlic-ginger until caramelized.
- Toss in mushrooms, add turmeric and salt, fry using mushroom moisture. When moisture starts evaporating, add massive coarse black pepper and fennel, stir-fry on high until everything is dark and fragrant to finish.
