Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, turmeric, lemon juice, salt. Dry-roast red chilies, coriander, cumin, fennel, black pepper, fenugreek; paste with garlic, ginger, tamarind juice.
  2. Heat massive Ghee in a pan, bake chicken surface fragrantly, remove once.
  3. Put spice paste in the same pan, fry firmly until Ghee separates, return chicken and curry leaves. Stir-fry until bright red spices coat chicken gooey-ly to finish.
