Instructions

  1. Fragrantly fry commercial Mor Milagai (salt/yogurt-soaked dried chilies) in oil until dark.
  2. Mix yogurt, coconut, cumin, and rice flour paste, warm in a pot until thickened (do not boil).
  3. Finish by drizzling fried chilies and tempered mustard seeds and curry leaves over it.
