Instructions
- Rub shrimp with turmeric and salt; peel and slice green mango.
- Heat coconut oil, fry mustard seeds, fenugreek, curry leaves, and massive ginger and shallots.
- Add coconut milk, mango, and red chili; bring to boil, then add shrimp. Finish once shrimp is cooked and mango starts melting.
