  • Peanuts
  • Green chilies
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric
  • Lemon juice
  • Cilantro
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse Poha (rice flakes) briefly in a strainer, drain, and let sit for a few mins to soften.
  2. Heat oil, fragrantly fry mustard seeds, curry leaves, peanuts, green chilies, and fry onions until translucent.
  3. Add turmeric and salt, toss in Poha, stir-fry briefly, then scatter lemon juice and cilantro to finish.
