Instructions

- Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and fry minced onions, garlic, green chilies, turmeric.
- Pour Besan liquid, stir constantly to avoid burning, simmer on low until thickened and non-powdery to finish.
