Instructions
- Blend massive cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, tamarind (or lemon juice) into a smooth green paste.
- Massage paste into chicken, marinate overnight in fridge.
- Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken with sauce, cover to steam-bake, finally remove cover and evaporate moisture until surface browns fragrantly to finish.
