Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Mint leaves
  • Green chilies
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cloves
  • Cinnamon
  • Cumin
  • Tamarind(or Lemon juice)
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Blend massive cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, garlic, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, tamarind (or lemon juice) into a smooth green paste.
  2. Massage paste into chicken, marinate overnight in fridge.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken with sauce, cover to steam-bake, finally remove cover and evaporate moisture until surface browns fragrantly to finish.
