Ingredients

  • Chickpea flour(Besan)
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Green chilies
  • Mustard seeds
  • Cumin seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric
  • Chili powder
  • Hing
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat generous oil, temper mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Hing, curry leaves.
  2. Fry minced onions, garlic, green chilies until golden; add turmeric and chili powder.
  3. Gradually sprinkle chickpea flour (Besan) while frying, sprinkle a little water to remove powderiness, continue frying on low until crumbly and oil melds to finish.
