  • Bread(Pav)
  • Potatoes
  • Spicy peanuts
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Onion
  • Sev(thin fried noodles)
  • Tamarind
  • Garlic
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Cinnamon
  • Cloves
  • Red chilies
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Grind cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, red chilies, mix with sugar to make 'Dabeli Masala'. Mash boiled potatoes, mix with Masala and Tamarind Chutney into filling.
  2. Halve bun (Pav), spread Tamarind and Garlic Chutney inside.
  3. Stuff generous potato filling, squeeze spicy peanuts, pomegranate seeds, onions, Sev into gaps, bake the whole bun golden with butter to finish.
