Instructions
- Knead wheat flour with turmeric, chili powder, salt, a little oil, and water; roll thin and cut into diamonds (Dhokli).
- Boil Toor Dal gooey, temper with mustard seeds, cumin, ajwain, curry leaves, red chilies.
- Add brown sugar (Jaggery), lemon juice, peanuts to bean soup, bring to boil; drop dough pieces one by one, simmer until dough floats and cooks through to finish.
