Instructions
- Dry-roast peanuts fragrantly in a pan, remove thin skins.
- Heat a little oil in a pan, fry massive green chilies (destemmed), garlic, cumin until slightly charred.
- Put fried ingredients, peanuts, salt in a mortar (or food processor), crush coarsely leaving chunky texture without becoming too pasty to finish.
