Instructions
- Soak dried white peas overnight, boil in a pressure cooker until soft.
- Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, cumin. Fry onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes; add turmeric, red chilies, garam masala to make sauce.
- Add boiled beans, simmer until thickened. Plate, top with raw chopped onions and massive crispy fried noodles (Sev) hiding the curry to finish.
