- Plain yogurt
- Bottle gourd(or Zucchini)

Instructions
- Dissolve rice, chickpea, and Urad Dal flours with yogurt; ferment overnight.
- Mix grated bottle gourd (squeezed), green chilies, ginger, sugar, turmeric, chili powder, salt into fermented batter.
- Heat oil, temper mustard seeds, cumin, white sesame, ajwain. Pour thick batter, cover, bake very slowly on low until both sides are crispy golden to finish.
