Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pot, temper mustard seeds, cumin, Hing for aroma.
  2. Fry minced garlic, green chilies, add massive cubed tomatoes and fry until crumbled. Add turmeric, chili powder, coriander, salt, sugar to make sweet-sour sauce.
  3. Plate, generously cover the top with commercial crispy fried noodles (Sev) right before eating to finish.
