Instructions
- Wash Indica rice, soak for ~
- mins. Cut eggplant, carrots, cauliflower bite-sized.
- Heat Ghee (or oil) in a pot, fragrantly fry mustard seeds, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, cashews.
- Add veg, drained rice, Goda Masala, turmeric, salt, stir-fry briefly; pour water, cover, cook fluffily until water is absorbed to finish.
