  1. Boil Toor Dal until soft. Cut veg like pumpkin, daikon, sweet potatoes, green beans large, boil with a little water.
  2. Grind coconut fine, coriander, red chilies, turmeric into a paste.
  3. Add paste, tamarind juice, brown sugar to the boiled beans/veg pot. Finally crush a few grains of 'Tirphal (Sichuan pepper)' into the pot, simmer until the unique aroma melds into the sauce to finish.
